Minda Wilson, J.D., M.B.A. is an author and a corporate attorney, specializing in healthcare. A recognized expert on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, she consults with clients regarding its proper implementation. She is founder of Affordable Healthcare Review, an educational organization providing information about healthcare legislation,
its application, and impact.

Wilson brings a unique perspective to resolving large-scale problems. Trained as an industrial engineer with a focus on optimization and problem solving within large-scale systems, Minda became a successful entrepreneur, managing and selling two businesses before turning to law. While others offer one-note views from a political, provider, administrative, or insurer angle, she combines healthcare law and practice with proven business strategies,
joining policy with the practical.

For more than 20 years, Wilson has worked with companies in the areas of productivity improvement, crisis management, corporate organization and structure, computerized systems development and implementation, credit and accounting control, business and financial planning, asset management, valuation and fraud detection, property development and disposition activities. She earned her J.D. and an engineering degree from U.C.L.A.
